This message is regarding new immunization requirements for students in Pennsylvania schools: If you have received a letter from the school district concerning your child’s shot record, please send an updated version of your child’s immunization record to the school nurse as soon as possible. State regulations require that your child be excluded from school after May 1, 2012 if the new immunization requirements are not met. You are welcome to contact your child’s school nurse for any additional information or assistance.
